PVS-14
The PVS-14 by FYURI Night Vision is a classic monocular night vision device that has been used by military and police forces for decades.
Its simplicity makes it the ideal choice for use in any terrain and weather conditions. Thanks to its small size and lightweight design, it’s more comfortable to mount on a tactical helmet compared to binoculars, offering greater convenience for long-term use. Additionally, its compact structure makes it easy to store in a bag, taking up minimal space.
With the J-arm—named for its shape, included with every unit—you can effortlessly switch between the left and right eye.
The PVS-14 is compatible with a wide variety of accessories and adapters, including Picatinny rail adapters that allow the device to be mounted in front of a scope for night use, a dual-arm adapter to combine two devices into a binocular, a 3x magnifying lens for observation missions, and many other useful accessories.
Whether used as a primary night vision device or as a backup, the PVS-14 provides reliable performance.
The device has two operating modes: On and On with IR. Devices equipped with image brightness control also feature a brightness dial.
The PVS-14 night vision device is powered by an NNVT Gen 2+ white phosphor image intensifier tube, offering a Figure of Merit (FOM) of 1600 (the higher, the better) and an autogating function (prevents glare), delivering image quality comparable to Gen 3. While NNVT image intensifier tubes are used by security forces worldwide with typical FOM values of 1200-1400, FYURI Night Vision provides higher-quality image options with FOM 1600, with upgrades available to FOM 1800, 2000, or even Gen 3. Pricing for these upgrades is available upon request.
